FREE Sports Physicals
A current physical is one of the necessary documents to play football at Jackson High.
Physicals are good for 2 years. If your son needs to update his physical this year, there is a FREE option offered at Everett High School August 12th.
You may also pick up the Physical Form from the Athletic Office at Jackson and take it to your primary care physician to be completed.
Remember ALL football registration and forms need to be submitted by August 14th.
